Critics have compared Does It Offend You, Yeah? To Daft Punk and DAF. As their name indicates, they are unusual, unruly, rebellious and loud. Their 2008 debut, with the telling name „You Have No Idea What You're Getting Yourself Into", is a great melange of Tech-Rock and massive Pop, at times heavily influenced by the Eighties, at times futuristic. In 2010, their second record „Don't Say We Didn't Warn You“ will be released. The band's announcement: "The last album we had tracks that sounded like two people doing a production dance track and we had tracks that sounded like five people playing in a band. This album's an amalgamation of those two things so it's got like an electronic spine to the album and it's not so diverse. It's more like us playing live in a studio."
