Under the motto "A bite of sparrow must be!" the Spatzendealer offers fresh, handmade Allgäu Kässpatzen. An unforgettable vegetarian composition of a specially created dough mixture, three kinds of cheese and golden brown fried onions. The sparrows are shaved into hot water in front of you, mixed with the cheese mixture and then refined with fresh melted onions and some chives.
