Our specialty - the “flamed salmon” - is not only a culinary experience, but also a unique one. The fish is cooked on a board directly by the flame of the fire, just like in old Finland. Salmon prepared in this way is juicy, tender and has a pleasant smoky aroma. Our flamed salmon is best enjoyed in a roll or wrap with our homemade honey and mustard sauce with dill or herb sour cream.
