The fish is cooked on a board directly on the flame of the fire, just like in old Finland. Salmon prepared in this way is juicy, tender and has a pleasant smoky aroma. In a roll or wrap, you can enjoy our flaming salmon best with our homemade honey mustard sauce with dill or herb sour cream.
