Spatzendealer

Under the motto “You’ve got to have a bite of Spatz!” the Spatzendealer is bringing authentic Allgäu comfort food to the Southside Festival. They’ll be serving fresh, handmade Allgäu Kässpatzen—a strictly vegetarian specialty prepared with love. The base is a specially developed dough mixture, combined with three select cheeses and golden-brown fried onions. The “Spatzen” are shaved into hot water right before your eyes, mixed with the aromatic cheese blend, and then finished with fresh fried onions and chives. The portion is served practically right in your hand and can be seasoned to taste with salt and pepper. Fresh, handmade, and full of flavor—guaranteed to impress.
